WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Camden Valley Soap Company abides by Australian Statutory Legal requirements in relation to products that are faulty. If you believe your product to be faulty please contact us with the details of the fault and any photos.
Refunds are issued on the cost of the product only and not for any postage costs incurred.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the goods were paid. If a product was paid for with a Credit Card, you will need to provide the same credit card details for the refund. If you are unable to provide the same details, the refund will not proceed per Australian Legal requirements.
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. Refunds will not be offered on change of mind purchases. Please ensure you read the item description prior to purchasing.
In the event a parcel has an Authority to Leave when being delivered, items that are damaged, lost or stolen will not be refunded or replaced.
Please note that due to the current COVID-19 situation, there may be significant delays in the postal system please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Camden Valley Soap Company choose to ship our products via Australia Post. At times we may also send shipments via a courier service
A tracking number will be supplied for all orders once dispatched. in some cases Large orders over 5kg may be sent as separate parcels.
where possible orders will be shipped within 48hrs of full payment being received, we will notify you if we anticipate any further delay.
Camden Valley Soap Company cannot be held responsible for failed or late deliveries that are due to circumstances beyond our control. eg. postal disruptions
it is the customers responsibility to provide accurate address and delivery information. In the event of your goods being returned to us, a refund will be issued for the cost of the goods less any shipping and handling charges incurred by Camden Valley Soap Company.
International shipping is currently not available.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
On Check out payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, afterpay or Direct Deposit. (Please note that if paying direct deposit products will not be shipped until funds have been receipted in full.)
All possible care is taken to wrap and pack your order so that it arrives safely at your door with minimal chance of damage or breakage. All orders are packed in boxes with packaging materials to help to cushion your products. In the unfortunate event that an item that you receive is damaged or broken, please contact us within 48hrs with photographs of the damaged item and we will issue you with further instructions
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Camden Valley Soap Company cannot be held accountable or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods if you have requested them to be left. Although convenient, items can become damaged in the heat and we strongly advise not to leave orders. if you wish to have your order left, we will happily do this for you, but please note that items that are affected due to heat or other circumstances will not be refunded or exchanged if left unattended.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that correct address & shipping details are provided when purchasing from us. All reasonable efforts will be made to deliver your order to the address specified. Camden Valley Soap Company does not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising due to you (the customer) providing an incorrect address.
